Memorials and Dedications

Since 1926 Wawenock has played an important part in the lives of many of our members.  Some families wish to include Wawenock in how they celebrate the life of a loved one.

Remembering Wawenock in your will is a way to support the club as part of your legacy. Please contact our Treasurer, Jennifer Ireland, about bequests of cash or appreciated assets that can support capital projects and specific improvements.

Memorials and Dedications are available:

$600 Standard Chair Co. Hitchcock/Collegiate style chair for the clubhouse (with Wawenock logo and your inscription, laser engraved).
$600 Plant a Tree
$1,000 Sponsor one of our course gardens
$2,500 Tee Box Granite bench
$3,000 – Sponsor a Foot Bridge
$5,000 – Sponsor a Cart Bridge
$ Your choice – Contribution to the Memorial Fund

All memorials are subject to availability and approval by the Board of Trustees and our Director of Facilities.

Wawenock has hosted many family events including weddings and life celebrations in our Grill Room. Please contact Pamm Parlin at the restaurant (207) 790-3300 for food & beverage options and available dates.
